While journaling with paints and paper, I realized that as a child of Holocaust survivors, I was depicting my parents' unspeakable buried feelings. This then became the series In Memoriam, to honor the victims of the Holocaust, including most of my family.

Several traits are common to her aesthetic approaches: clarity in their formalist character, exploration of different materials, elegance in the execution and economy of means. In Neuhaus' work, the infinite circle of the memory is always present in an autobiographical way, with personal facts motivating a narrative focused on her Jewish life.
